In this scientific age we can create Prevention-Oriented, Problem-Free Administration in the United States and every country through the application of the knowledge of total Natural Law—the Constitution of the Universe—which is the constitution of the Global Country of World Peace and which guides the infinite diversity of the ever-expanding universe with perfect order. |
